    Film your band's best performance. Marching, concert, or pep — all count.

  2. Upload

    Put the video on Dropbox or Google Drive and set sharing to anyone with the link.

  3. Submit

    Paste the link into the form with your school and director contact.

  4. Rally

    Share your entry. Your community's votes go in front of the judging panel.

Who may enter. Accredited high schools located in the Greater Houston metropolitan area. The precise district list is pending client confirmation.

One entry per band. One official submission per school band program. Updates are permitted at any time before the entry deadline.

Original video only. Performance video must be original and recorded within the current school year.

Hosting. Video must be hosted on Dropbox or Google Drive with sharing set to "anyone with the link can view."

Consent. The band director must be authorized to submit on behalf of the program and must consent to public display of the entry on this site.

Selection. Winners are selected by a panel of judges with input from public engagement. Public voting informs the panel; it does not bind it.

Voting. One vote per band, per day. Votes are advisory and are reviewed for irregularities before being passed to the panel.

Payment. Funds are awarded directly to the school's band program.

Not final. These terms are a plain-language summary pending legal review. They are not the official rules and are not represented here as final.
